The Realm of Lyonesse Summoned to Lyonesse by Morgana le Fay, you learn that the lands of the Mythic Isles consist of many realms, wherein enemies battle one another and are doomed to do so forever, rising from death to endlessly repeat their tales. But she has sworn to break this cycle, and to extend her rule over all the realms. And as a Walker Between Realms, you can aid her in this as no other can.

You are not the only Walker, however, for Morgana has learned of another who has sided with Merlin, and even now seeks to gather together heroes from across the realms in order to defeat her. Your first task, then, is to seek out this other Walker, and kill him. From a Red Cap held prisoner in Morgana's dungeons you learn that the Walker has been seen in Sherwood, far to the north west, and you offer to free the creature if he take you there.

But the Walker is aided by Robin Hood, and eludes you on several occasions, and though you slay Robin, the Walker escapes to Broceliande, where even you cannot enter, for Merlin's magics protect that place...
